Sponsorship Levels
Please consider sponsoring the 2024 NASAAEP Summit so we can continue our efforts on behalf of all species in disasters. We have multiple levels of support. You may also modify a sponsorship unique to your interests.
Diamond Sponsor
($25,000 and up)
Our Diamond level sponsor will receive all the benefits of the Platinum level, PLUS an opportunity to address the audience during the opening session that includes our keynote speaker address.
Platinum Sponsor
($10,000 - $24,999)
Our Platinum Sponsor receives all the benefits of the Gold Level, PLUS an additional Summit registration and sponsorship of the keynote speaker.
Bronze Sponsor
($1,000 - $2,499)
Our Bronze sponsors receive a complementary Summit registration, are provided booth space in our exhibit area, the company logo is displayed on our website and receive recognition at the exhibitor’s reception.
Gold Sponsor
($5,000 - $9,999)
Our Gold sponsors receive all the benefits of the Silver sponsor, PLUS sponsorship of a general session.

Don’t miss our exhibition area. Ideally situated close to our meeting rooms, you are right in the heart of the action. Each exhibiting organization will receive booth space for the first 2 days of the conference, December 3rd and 4th, 2024. This also include registration for an individual from your organization, and an exhibitors reception.

Our Silver sponsors receive all the Benefits of a Bronze sponsor, PLUS Summit sponsorship of 2 breakout sessions, logo and sponsorship announced at the start of the session, and a mention in the opening comments.
Lunch Sponsor

Lunch sponsor opportunities are available. One sponsor for each of two lunch sessions in the exhibit hall and an evening exhibitor’s reception.
